Quietsleep.com is pleased to be able to offer a listing on its "Find a Dentist" page to all dental practices who provide oral appliance therapy for snoring and sleep apnea. Annual registration fee for listing is $75. Subscriptions run annually. Subscriptions will be billed annually in the month of the original subscription.
Payment must be made in by the 25th of the month in which it is due, if payment is not received listing will be removed.
Those with Enhanced listings, Priority listings, Map Listing, Licensing of Quietsleep.com domain name or who have SLEEP web site currently hosted by Quietsleep or AdLIB Design are exempt from this payment.

Enhance your listing with a link on Quietsleep Google Maps. Google Maps is the future of finding information from sites like Quietsleep.com. For only $175 per year your office can be shown as a location on the maps. Just check off that you would like to be listed on the form below. Now with Google Maps and Video Clips
Priority Listings are available to dental practices. One listing will be accepted per zip code. Order of listing of Priority Listings is by state and by order of sign on - first sign-on, first in list - so it pays tobe the first in your state to sign on.
Priority Listings will move the practice to the top of the list in bold print. In addition a 100 word biography will be included. The listing also includes a Google map and a 30-60 second video. (See the Find a Dentist page and search under IL for an example).
When a visitor clicks on the map link at your Priority Listing, a new printable page will open containing a Google map, your contact information and links to your email and web site. THose with Priority Listings will also be listed on the main map at Quietsleep.com at no additional charge.
Each Priority Listing will be encouraged to send in a videotape (miniDV only, please) of 30 to 60 seconds in length of you introducing yourself and talking about the sleep portion of your practice. The videotape will be converted to a Flash movie and a link will be placed in your Priority Listing connecting to the video.
The video can be taken indoors or out, in your office or at home, standing, sitting, head shot or full body - whatever makes you most comfortable. Please leave enough lead in time and exit time so I can edit the clip properly.
